Hi, I'm Charlie Rosenberg. I am a Customer Success & Integrations Specialist who believes technology can be adapted to do anything. My real strength is my frequently complimented ability to talk with new and at-risk clients/users with empathy and knowledge. I work closely with internal teams to ensure their success. Using my systems architecture background, I implement exactly what a client needs, resolve complex escalations, and integrate LLM AI tools that streamline processes and improve the user experience without needing to involve more staff.
